Please Help please.

    I have a big problem. I have a GAF account. which ID had temporary suspended. I sent a massage to GAF customer service center. they reply this message :

    "Account is suspended for security reasons.
    We need a scan copy of your personal ID for additional verification."

    I don't understand what kind of personal ID I have to send?
    Please help.

    Don't you have something like a drivers license or a passporte?

    Just send a copy of your NIC, and your problem should be solved :)

    By personal ID is document to prove your identity such as Identity card or driving license.
