    I am still waiting for buyers response.

    What if buyer dosen't post a response to it?

    Will paypal wait for some more time for buyer to post a response or will they clear my funds?

    If the buyer does not respond it will be escalated to PayPal and PayPal will make a decision as to what to do with the funds.
