Guys a friend of mine had this problem on her Nokia 5530 Xpress Music. She accidentally activate the lock code of her phone. Do you have an idea how to unlock without using any hardware devices because we don't have a hardware for her phone. We already try the 12345 default password but the message is "Lock Code Error".
Well, try using the master code. Enter your 15 digit IMEI number below and get the master code - http://www.nokialockcode.com/calculate.php And use it to change code. It worked when I tried. Not sure if it works now or not.

just try code 0000. or if it is not open ask your friend if she insert any number in lock code.The last option is formatting a phone with Nokia Customer Care.
