    My first two screen-loads are all full of ads.

    AdSense link unit
    AdSense link unit
    AdSense block
    AdSense for Search
    AdSense block
    Bidvertiser ads

    If you want long-term visitors, remove/move some of the ads.

    Sorry to say that you website loading spped is too slow
    And i will suggest you to remove some adsense ads. It is better for you to use the rectangular ads comapre to use two standard ads
