Please I really need help. I have a contest I'm in and It is less than a month away a lot of my files are on my computer that crashed (im on a laptop). I have no idea how to fix it.

I have ran the chkdsk, and it crashes even saying that the run.exe fails because my uacdiudhpui.dll file is corrupt.

    What do I do?!

    Try giving it a format.

Since you're posting here, I assume you have an internet connection. I'd suggest, download Ubuntu ISO and write it on a CD. Run this live CD, your Laptop will boot in Ubuntu, copy all your files to D, E or any other partition and install a fresh copy of windows.

If you're unable to do that, try a Windows repair.
    1. Insert the windows XP CD and reboot your machine, make sure you setup your CD-Drive as your first boot device.
    2. When the "Welcome to Setup" screen shows up, press 'R' - This will be to repair windows.
    3. A command prompt like black screen will come up and after a while will ask you for your Administrator password, enter the same. If you don't have any Admin pass, simply hit enter.
    4. It will give you which option to repair. Generally it is 1. Windows - so enter 1 and press enter.
    5. Wait for a while and then type 'exit'

And you should be done :)

What is the uacdiudhpui.dll? A search on google doesn't return any results.

I'll give this a shot, I just can't move files around of it locks up so I can't back anything up without it crashing. I can't format untill i get these files off.

I have no idea what this dll. file is I don't even find it anywhere on google.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a virus. That just sounds fishy you know?
If it is a file necessary to run your computer it wouldn't be shrouded in secret.
