if I were to get a domain for example,

    www.de.net
    www.us.net
    www.org.net
    www.sc.net
    www.be.net
    www.tc.net

all those were gone in 1995, I am just wondering, what I own one of these domains, and I CaNNN can cancel the domain???? I want to offer the sub domain for one of these domain, is it possible? or I should sell these domain or do not buy the one that put me to risk?

is this a risk? or is this safe?

    please answer.

AFAIK ICANN & Versign will not cancel an existing domain. Many of the newer extensions do not permit 2 letter domains but the older com/net/org extensions do.

edit: Looks like only the original registrant can renew - but not sell.

"These names are reserved from initial registration, but to the extent they are already registered the existing registrant may renew them."
