I have requested my all 3 pins but i havent got any of the pin.My 200$ is on hold.Please tell me what should i do next.Please help me fiend.I am in problem.

I have similar problems with you, I am waiting for my 2nd PIN
I have contacted Google beforehand and they advised me to ask for 2nd PIN before asking them for alternative verification procedure.

You should email them and ask for another verification procedure.

 

Have you previously been banned? They usually send the first time, or at least the 2nd time. Where are you from? Maybe its gets lost in the post.

 

Did you give them your real address?
It might have got lost in the post like the above post said.

 

Check if your adress is correct and ask your mailman if he's not stealing letters

 

sounds funny but yeah.. please check if you entered the right mail address.. ask someone next door if they received any

 

How long are you waiting before you receive it? Depending on what country you are in, I have seen people saying it takes weeks in some countries.
