^ hmm., it is not available in English. so, the template needs to be installed on a existing blog ;
Portuguese words should be identified and then should be translated by using Blogger template edit tool ...

 

I'm confused -- why would you download a Portuguese theme?!
There are plenty of FREE ENGLISH Blogger templates out there

 

I saw hundreds of blogger templates but fantastico blogger template the best
Is there a solution to my problem?
