I have got a warning for the Spamming and Multiple accounts. But for your kind information I have not posted 10 posts. I have just posted 5 posts here + I have not referred anyone. I cant see who I have referred. Now please help me with the problem.
In the Email it was said you referred anyone ? Because Referring is not bad. Creating several account yourself is not good . It may be there is some misunderstanding.

Well may be some one else using your internet IP address and create account on DP…....Have you got unique IP address from your internet provider?
I am on a shared network but I am getting a unique IP soon. I told my friend in the same network to join but didnt told to refer me because he didnt knew my id. But if you go to my profile you can see referrel : 1. Maybe my password is leaked.
