Do you see a blank page with nothing? Do you see the page for the provider of Domain Name Service? Or maybe you have to redirect non www to www.

This problem is because of improper url redirection. You need to change setting from your domain name provider (ie. godaddy etc.).From where you purchased your domain name.May be I can give you step by step guide.

Use .htaccess to fix this. Look at this site here: enarion.net/web/htaccess/redirect-www-and-no-www/

I know Google Webmaster has something for their search result listings too for www or no www you may want to check out.

It can be a DNS problem. Check your DNS settings. Or if you contact your domain/hosting provider they should be able to help you.
