I have an adsense account.But I can't earn more revenue from adsense. Because I am not getting more traffic to my website. Any body tell me that how can I get more free traffic to my website.

since your site is about finding jobs, why don't you use your own site's content and find some jobs so you can get paid? Unless the content on your site are crap and useless not even you will use them?
