    What's not working?
I'm taking a wild guess that you're trying to see a newly registered domain? Or maybe a domain you've moved to a new host? DNS propagation?

Go to your command prompt and type "ipconfig /flushdns"

I just received a domain name from one of my friend, he also happens to have an account at Godaddy. after I received these domains, then I direct them to my blog site. I also have to change control as usual. but when my website was opened in the browser, the page that appears is that my friend's pages. after I find out, was the cause is located on the cookies and cache dns I have not deleted in the browser. and I delete it ... but the results are in vain

you need to wait for 24-48 Hours, even if the domain is propagated on Internet then also it is chance that your ISP might be having cache. also to check if it is transfered try opening that domain through proxy site and see if it is propagated or not.
