    - Update the sitemap and then re-submit the sitemap.
    - Another way you can submit your site to social sites - dig, stumbleupon, etc. Google will crawl your page along with the link in that site.

Best thing would be resubmitting your sitemap through Google Webmaster's Tools, and gaining more backlinks.

Get backlinks from sites with high PR -- they're crawled often, so your site will get crawled fast, too. This works a lot faster than re-submitting your site to Google.

Easiest way to get backlinks is to search for blogs with high PR (You can try google's blog search) or use this link checker ( http://seopro.com.au/free-seo-tools/link-checker/ ) and type in the name of a site similar to yours that is ranking well. It will pop up a list of all the sites that are linking to it, along with their pagerank. Now try to get backlinks from those sites, too.

create a google webmaster tools acocunt. You can then set the crawl speed and upload a site map to help speed up the way that Google indexes your site. You can also set how frequently different pages in your site are indexed.

Also you can put a noarchive tag in your meta tags to prevent Google from showing a cached version of your site

Try to submit your site in stumbleupon, it will help your site get indexed in less than 24 hours.

The older the site is, the faster it will be cached, crawled and indexed. The best thing that you can do is to let your site age - and just keep posting content.

A sitemap is also very important. But your site has to be old to earn googles trust and respect.

Download the stumbleupon toolbar. When you get to your page, click the thumbs up button. Since you'll probably be the first to do that, it will automatically pop up a form you can fill out and submit to stumbleupon and your site will be stumbled. :)
