please tell me how do can makeup any picture in photoshop.
eye makeup and bigger,lipstick, etc etc

Base on my experience, That's one of the thing i am
having problem too.
Its hard to manipulate an image and put some make ups on it.
Eye manipulation is the easiest for me.

 

I didn't required all the face make but only Eye manipulation and the lips are OK! with me rest of all I can manage...

Please tell me how you make eyes in a picture more attractive and and some how bigger...

I hope you understand...

It is hard to explain in a thread.

For making lips pinker, I'd select them with one of the selection tools and copy and paste the lips into a new layer then work on the color using levels, curves and color balance (image > adjustments).

For the shaved face, I would learn how to use the rubber stamp tool and the healing brushes.

To make the eyes wider, I'd select them and copy and paste into a new layer and adjust the size, etc.

I would start with a high-resolution photo, however. This image you uploaded is fuzzy and grainy. Retouching is easier on a higher resolution photo.
