I would say that it would be much better to google these specific questions. You will get a lot of detailed answers for these questions.
Those questions are so basic that if you have to get the replies from a load of random people on a forum - even when given them in advance - you're not looking at the right career. I would guess they are so broad because they want to see you can explain things in your own words, and really know about search engines, not just read stuff on blogs and forums...
