Please help me with this photo

    I know this blurry photo is difficult to fix
    but can someone please help me improve several spots if possible?

    1. Delete the yellow burly outline (text logo) on the billboard.

    2. The facial features

    3. The blue part of the flag.

    Thanks, maybe it can be fixed using a brush in photoshop?

    I appreciate for your help

    sorry, but i mean delete the blur out lines but keep the yellow text, logo.

    I think the only thing you can do is fix it by hand. I did a really dodgy 3 min job on the sign, and it looks pretty crap. Couldn't do anything with the face or flag.

    Take another photo while it's still 2009 - while the sign is still up :D
