    Questions:
    1) How do I move "Terms of Use" from top to the Bottom (Like that in the footer)

    2) Like to Add "Privacy Policy" - That also, I like the link to be in the footer.

    3) How to make the latest Article come to the main page (instead of the default one)

    Appreciate any help..

Because not enough with 1 or 2 lines, please go to Google, there are so many topics that correspond to your questions.

    For answer your questions,

#1. Please Googling with "How to add remove page Wordpress" or 'How to edit page Wordpress" or "How to add menu Wordpress"
#2. Please Googling with "How to edit footer Wordpress" or "how to insert text footer Wordpress"
#3. Please Googling with "How to add new post Wordpress" or "How to add new article Wordpress" etc

    Hope can help

    Good luck

    1. Firstly, you need to remove the TOS link from the TOP menu. To do that, create a custom menu from Appearance> Menus in your Admin Panel. Next, create a new custom menu by clicking on +, give it a name and click on create menu.
    2. Now, select the pages you wish to include to the menu, except the ones you don't wish to include (TOS Page) and click Add to Menu.
    3. Now, under Theme Locations, select the menu you created just now under the Primary/Secondary (as per your theme) menu and click save.
    4. The menu won't show that page now.
    5. Now, you just need to include the TOS page in your footer using the link attribute (a href).

OR (If your theme doesn't supports menu)
If your theme doesn't supports custom menus (however most themes do), follow these steps:
    1. Download and Install the plugin called - Exclude Pages from wordpress. org/extend/plugins/exclude-pages/
    2. Now, edit the TOS page and Unchek the Box called include this page in menus.
    3. Save the page.
    4. Now, insert the TOS link manually to your Blog Footer
Reply back if you're still struck... :)

I will do it for you, It is easy. If you can trust me with your wordpress password, create a new user in wordpress with Admin previliges and send its password to me, after I do this tweak for you, simply delete that user.
