Please help me with paypal quickly !

I have an unverified paypal premier account , My sending limit is $ 0.00 so i can't buy anything using it . I'm inside The US .

Whenever a i try to buy a product even if it said it accepts unverified paypal , When i'm transferred to paypal it asks me to link a card .
Dammn ! I'm 17 and i Don't own a credit card ! what to do ??

Also which of the domain sites accepts unverified paypal ?

 

You will need to link a credit or debit card to your account in order to spend money. This is because the money has to come from somewhere!

Alternatively, you could find a friend or relative with a paypal account and ask them to send you some money to your paypal, then ou can purchase online with it.

GamesBond, you may need to get credit card details from someone (from your parents, for example) in order to verify this account, so you can spend money.

You can create another paypal with ur mother's name.then use ur monther's CC to verify paypal.....

 

My mother refused completely , I got $ 24 in my paypal which were donated by a friend but i can't spend them :S what's $ 0.00 sending limit means ? unlimited or can't even send money ?

 

you can't send money now as you reached sending limits. after verification only the limit will be lifted

but you can issue refund to your friend and ask him to buy something

Just open ur paypal then click "details" > Issue Refund...

p.s:You can issue a refund for up to 60 days after the original payment was sent.

i think US accounts needs to verify first.

some countries do have some limits without verify( ex indian pp can spend 500$ before they verify using cc)
so best option is just refund the money to friend.

 

Ask your friend to open a dispute if you are not able to refund.

He will get the money in his account and you can directly take it from him.
