Either you buy likes or you try to promote your facebook page on other sites like youtube, make some videos and link to your facebook page
Use social exchange sites, that will give you a nice number of likes. And if you are not happy with them, go on fiverr where you will find plenty of guys which will give you 100s-1000s of likes.
