The theme and design is very nice but the excessive use of bright font colors is a little distracting. Also, the Adsense on the left sidebar makes the site look MFA. Otherwise I like the theme a lot.

My honest suggestions to you as you have requested harpreet:

    1. Change the link color in Google adsense ads to that of the text. At present it is blue. I have seen Michael Cheyney's videos who stresses on the same point while using adsense.

    2. The two 125x125 "advertise here" buttons on the RHSB are direct link to your site and do not lead to an advertisement form. You can either change them with the appropriate links in order to gain advertisers spots or better blend them with the template as they stand out quite a bit from the regular posts.

3.I have seen you have included adsense in your posts too, that is, by far the best place to get clicks when your readers are reading the text. So, just stick with that. If you want to keep that before the image in the post, you can try that too.

Rest all depends upon trial and error. You try with one ad placement and see if it works for a month or two and if you don't feel satisfied, you can try some what different. Hope it helps.:)

My best Adsense ads location so far is always above the fold of the homepage with the large rectangle .

Place the adsense block on the left to a bit lower position. Nobody likes ads on the first view, and so chances of them being clicked gets reduced.
