Please help me to get best setting for All in One SEO for wordpress blog.

    Hi friends!

    I have some confusion regarding All in one SEO for wordpress.
    It goes like this:

    I wanted to make a good on the page SEO for my blog
    So I decided to install All in one SEO plugin. Now When I search around for the best configuration, I got stuck in one configuration:

    For this configuration:
    Post Title Format:
    Page Title Format:
    Category Title Format:

    The default is: %post_title% | %blog_title% | for post Title
    %page_title% | %blog_title | for Page Title
    ... and so on for the rest

    Now, what is the good configuration for this setting?
    I had one blog writer who said that I should delete the |%blog_title%| part from all the setting. So is it good?

    But another one told me that I should put as it is. Plus, I should add some keywords on that setting:
    Like this
    %post_title% | %blog_title% | My Keyword

    Now, my question is which setting is BEST for Search Engine?

    Thanks a lot in advance. I am looking for answers from experienced people out there. :)

    %post_title% | %blog_title% | My Keyword --> this one is better for your SEO efforts but you should make sure to use the keywords judiciously
