The design is working well with Firefox and Internet Explorer 7 (http://tinyurl.com/2eorns) ,
but it doesnt look good on internet explorer 6-> you can see the ss here (http://tinyurl.com/277r83)

The middle coloumn is going down.Please help me to fix this issue

Using padding and floats arn't you?

It's a common mistake. IE hates padding. Just replace all instances of padding with margin

I've downloaded the template and I am looking at it now. I'll reply by tomorrow if I know how to fix it, or if I do not know how to fix it.
