You can't send $100 if your account balance is Rs 4604.83. Because the Dollar buying value is high than selling. To send $, you need to purchase dollar first then can send. These step happens in the back-end hich you don't see.

The currency conversion between Dollar and Rupee varies everyday. See the Newspaper for today's Currency conversion rate. This conversion rate doesn't stick to one for everyday, it varies.
