be aware of payoneer they are very bad, almost no customer support. And they blocked my card with $132 without any notice, without any reason and without any response from their customer support. If you don't want to be in trouble like me, choose another payment method.

Use PayPal. When you choose a Payment processor, the provider looks for reliability where PayPal wins.

2checkout.com is only for Payment through Website. This is not available for oDesk.

    Hey,

Payoneer offers Customer Support from 9:00-6:00pm EST Sun-Fri, via Live Chat, telephone and e-mail. Yesterday was Saturday, which is the one day a week CS is not available for live assistance.

Please contact me directly if you need assistance, I'll be glad to help.

I already contacted you directly to your email with the support ticket ID (LTK5290775220X) and you only sent me this message: "Hey Dimitri,

I'll look into this and get back to you as soon as I receive a reply.

    Thanks,

    Nissim"

By the way, I also contacted the Payoneer customer support by phone and after I have been put on hold during 7 minutes with an international call, an automatic machine invited me to leave a message with my phone number and I would be called back. But I never received any call.

    Great your customer support!

    Hey,

Thanks for providing the ticket ID, I remember this issue now.

I contacted a CS supervisor on June 3, and am awaiting a reply. We just passed the weekend, which is why I didn't get a reply yet, however I hope to receive one today or tomorrow and will notify you when I get a response.

Yes you can send too. Just ADD your DEBIT CARD (Verified by VISA or MASTER CARD) if you don't have CREDIT CARD.

After adding your DEBIT CARD you will be able to send through PayPal. Your Debit Card will be charged for the payments. I am using this way.

Firstly the rule is implemented by PayPal, not by Indian Govt.

Secondly you can recive the funds in parts. Say you need to recieve $1000 through PayPal, you just recieve by $500 for 2 parts. Simple. :)

If you add your Credit Card then the Credit Card will be charged.

And if you add your Debit Card your Debit Card will be charged. Your Debit Card is charged means the the charged amount is deducted from your Bank Account's balance.

No. Debit Card is not un-limited. It is limited upto your bank account's balance.

For withdrawal, the currency conversion rate of Dollar to Rupeee varies day by day. Today morning I have withdrawn some and found the conversion rate as $1 = Rs 43.36.

PayPal charges a transaction fee as-> 3%+$0.5. It will be deducted from the amount that someone sends to you.

But when you send, PayPal will charge you in the rate of $1 = Rs 48+.

As much Rupee will be up, the withdrawal conversion rate will go down.

If he sent $110, then you should get $110-$3.3-$0.5=$106.2

And if you waithdraw today, you should recieve 106.2 x 43.36 = Rs 4604.83
