    Hello,
    I want to create a forum. I am new on this section that how to create a forum. I need step to step guide first to last. I have hard about vbulatine and phpbb.
    Is phpbb free? And how many cost for vbulatine?
    Please suggest me step to step to create a forum at first what I need to do?
    As example.....
    1. At first I need to register for a domain name....
    2. Then I need........+

    As above please help me to create s forum website.

    You need a domain name, web hosting provider and the very forum platform. phpBB is free but vBulletin is in many ways better (and also a bit expensive).

    Can you suggest me what I need to do after collect domain and hosting! I can upload wordpress in my hosting. Is this the same as I have done to upload wordpress to my host?

    It is similar, yes. You usually also have to specify MySQL login details in the config file.
