Please help me to check these...meta tags

    I have a blog http://downloadmasty.blogspot.com/

    I read that meta tags increase your traffic by 20-70% but I hae no increase in traffic..
    Please check my tags

    use headers perfectly:

    title - use 65-70 char's
    description - use 140 char's
    keywords - use only 8

    it is enough.

    Write keyword rich headers, it helps you a lot.

    They are not formed correctly. Hence, I sent a link that should explain how to do so in the thread above.
    Additionally, if you are going to be offering things that are stolen, you may not want to advertise the fact in public.

    You certainly don't want to stick your real name in the author tag lol.

    Those are the only meta tags you should need. Author and copyright are not required.

    hope that keeps you out of the pokey.

    Put what you are trying to optimize the site for in between the <title> attribute from the post above and paste the rest of the meta tags underneath it. I did it for you.

    google does not use meta tags much anyway...dont worry so much about that. just have good on-page optimization and start building backlinks.
