Facebook, twitter and get some blogs. You can build those for free if you don't own a site to put them on.
There aren't many forums that allow you to promote your affiliate products. You can post them on Facebook, on Twitter and my forum, in my signature, allows affiliate posts, but there is a limit.
Most of the forum moderators usually ban people for promoting affiliate products like clickbank products. This had happened to me. I used my signature which link to my site as a landing page. Several days later, I got PM from the moderator. He asked me to remove my signature because he said that the product I promoted was scam. So I gave up promoting clickbank product via forum marketing and started to try PPC. Normally, PPC requires you to pay per click. But I have a method how to do PPC without any investment needed.
