Please Help Me Take Down A Digital Thief Today!

Badar brought something to my attention and I thought it would be best to bring it to everyone elses attention too.

I have since learned that Mr.jemmy alwiyandu from http://www.marketingcollections.com/index.php has been aggregating and selling my products and many other clickbank product that many of you probably support.

I would ask that anyone with 2 minutes to spare please put in a legal complaint to the registrars help desk to help me elliminate this schmuck who is probably also contributing to less conversions for you affiliates that support any of the listed products. The registrar is PDR, we've already sent over an official notice however your help is appreciated - please submit your .02 at https://support.publicdomainregistry.com/support/supReqForm.jsp

Seems every single day a new battle must be fought, and this is one that I will fight to it's death. Please take two minutes to help support the cause, and stop this digital bandit from operating another day.

He's trying to sell his domain for $5,000 on SEDO, it expires on July 10.

5 name server changes in 1 year... That suggests to me he's been hopping around after people complain to his webhost... Although I guess it could be something else.

 

Looks like its hosted with 707net.com who are in interserver.net's data centre.

*The hosting company has also been notified.
*ClickBank has been notified.
*Feel free to contact ANY of the publishers listed on his site and send them a nudge to show them that their product is being jacked, that should collectively douse the domain name/site quickly.
*SEDO Should also be notified, if someone can point me to his page there or wants to be proactive please feel free to nudge SEDO as well.

NC you should blog about this... maybe you should create awareness among people telling them not to sell other people's work and most importantly not to BUY illegally too.

 

Are the products he's peddling really yours?

I would think that the host would kill it with a little proof. (Webmasters need to do screen grabs often!)
