I was an insominiac. 1)Don't watch tv or stay on the internet past 11:00. 2)Eat around 6:00. Have snacks afterwards 3)Workout before 8:00. Excercise will help you sleep 4)Don't think too much before going to sleep...most of the time this is it. 5)Read a magazine or book a half and hour before sleeping. 6)No sugar before going to sleep, and no vitamins before sleeping (they could cause nightmares....not so sound sleep). --------------------------- Only if you have to...go to Walgreens and get sleeping pills. If your that desperate for sleep, get a small pack now. But don't depend on those things. Not a good thing.
take a hammer and knock your head off or just take a very hot bath (works well for me), but if you sleep in it, you're gonna wake up all fishy and your hands will feel weird.
well, drinking a glass of milk will help stimulate ur musclea and nerves to calm down, and base on the study, if ur body is too tensed or u think sumting hard, dats d reason why u cn't sleep...

Hey Sleep is one of the important things that you should do! Take good amt of nutritious food intake and exercise on a regular basis and like you allocated time for everything, allocate time for sleep and try to make it a habit to sleep everyday at the same time, then you may not face this peoblem. Yoga is another important way that can help you do every thing regularly.
In addition, try to listen to calming music and surround yourself with comfort. I have no doubt that somehow that can be of help.
If you are really desperate, talk to your doctor and see if they will prescribe ambien for you. Be careful with that though because I don't care what people say, it is addictive. Works wonders though. I am an insomniac (although with better diet and more frequent exercise) it has gotten better. My doctor does prescribe me like 12 ambien a month though because I struggle. I usually take a 10 mg ambien around twice a week. I will struggle for a few nights (some nights better than others) than when I have a few really bad nights, I will take one to get a good 9 hours of sleep. Again, be real careful though because you can easily get addicted to it because it knocks you out so fast. Struggling with insomnia myself, I know the awful feeling of laying in bed watching the clock for hours because you simply can't relax yourself enough to fall asleep
