Please help me review my website's ads

    Hello,

    Two things I notice:
    1/ top logo: I think it is exceptionally good. Where did you get this lady's pic?
    2/ adsense ads: they are not well incorporated in the page: borders is not good imo; color neither; it should not be THAT obvious that these are G adds.
