Please help me review my website: I really need help

    hi,, i have been operating this website for a year, and have more than 1000posts, yet i still get very little traffic.
    I need advice and as much criticism as i can get. i really want my site to grow and have more traffic. thanks.. the site is:

    just my opinion but it seems really plain. there's nothing that jumps out at ya. Liven it up a little!

    Maybe change the background color to white? The blog colors are too dark.

    hi , there .

    NO offence , But is this supposed to be a job directory?

    it`s pretty harsh wading through "sticklight" green on a black background.

    i would advise you to change to more "pleasant" colours , for starts .:eek:

    Ya I agree with the above. Its kinda retina burning green when you first log in. It stands out, but its not the theme a job board should have I don't think.
