Hi all. I have a commercial website about travel services in Laos and I need you help to give me some ideas about how to optimize it the best, in order to bring good page experience for users. Thank you so much! My website is: http://hellolaostravel.com/
I just want to say that your website is great. Sorry I don't have any ideas to improve it, but I think that it is a very good User Experience level so you can go and launch it.
Overall, the site looks great, but here's a few things I noticed: - If you click "Hot promotion" in the menu, you're taken to this page with some weird text: http://hellolaostravel.com/news/hot-promotion-84.html - When you click "Why Us", you're redirected to the "Travel Guide" instead of a "Why Us" page? - If you hover your mouse over "Travel types" in the menu and try to click one of the three options, nothing happens. You can't click the three types, which I'd imagine I should be able to. Apart from that, I really liked the website. You have already done a lot of things right!
hi, I found the site easy to navigate and find things. Few issues 1) hot promotion button navigates to the empty page with some unreadable text. Better hide it if there is nothing to show. 2) you have heading photos for each tour, however they are not good quality. They looks too amateurish. Spend some budget and get a good quality photos on stock of invite a photographer for a free tour in exchange for photos or whatever. 3) every tour needs more photos. Just text isn't enough. If I want to go 'somewhere' I'll be looking for the photos, not for the names of places.
Oh yeah, the menu is disabled. I will edit it. Thank you so much! Yep. The website has been launched already but not brings profit yet. Thank you for your review! Yep. I will add something for Hot promotion. About the photos for tour, we use many photos in the detail itinerary, is that ok?
It's completely fair if you don't want to share the numbers, but if you really don't know, it sounds to me as if you don't use Google Analytics? I'd highly recommend you implement Google Analytics (it's the simplest thing ever), as it'll allow you to learn more about how visitors engage with your pages, where they come from etc.
GA is good for a lot of insights into your site but even simpler if all you want to know is a visitor number there are widgets like statcounter. Other people may be able to offer more that is just one I have used in the past.
Actually, yes, I use Google Analytic but it does not update always. Sometimes the number showed in my GA is not correct. For ex, last month, the number of visitors engaging with my website is from USA but it showed me that all are from Australia. If GA is right, perhaps I set up it wrong?
My company, MashMetrics provides a free Google Analytics Audit to see if there are any issues with your setup. Furthermore we have very affordable Install and Enhance packages that also allow you to see such things as Scroll Tracking, Time on Page, Offsite Clicks, PDF downloads and much more.
Nice web site. I visited the site through my laptop's browser. I guess it is mobile friendly web site too.
