I using this blog register google adsense, and recieve email from google

Email is not me, my email is
How can report him and i can register google adsense with my account?

levyblog is my first owner (Domain buy at godaddy)

 

Create a new site and apply again with it. Once you have an account you can put ads on any site. (as long as it meets the TOS)

 

Ask there are adsense official support forum...

the domain you are using for your blog may be used for signup for adsense years ago and then the owner lose it and you registered.

 

use athor domain for reg google adsense. or report to google adsense

Have you gone through the policy and I have checked your website that it is related to gaming and just read again the policy is gaming allowed.

May be for that reason they didn't allowed it and have you added your website in google analytics, may be they have checked your site and you don't have that much of visitors....
