please help me out

    Hello people I am an unverified Paypal User based in India. My Paypal account is under limited access and i have no clue what to do next. I even mailed the customer help desk of Paypal but they have mailed me with this information:

    We're sorry, but your account access limitation cannot be lifted at this
    time. We need more information about your account before we can restore
    full access to your account. Please complete the steps below so that we may
    review your account further:

    - Add and confirm a credit card

    I am absolutely stuck. Please help me out so that i can continue my work peacefully.

    You can get VCC easily from $5 to $10. You have to search for this at Buy,Sell or Trade section here at digital point.

    techie mishra the best and legal thing to do is get a credit card(mastercard
    or visa) from a bank (icici hfdc etc). use that to verify your paypal
    account. It will save you a lot of trouble and headache later on.
    Search this forum and you can find lot of threads similar to your situation.

    I would support what chenzen has suggested. It would save you from lots of troubles, if you plan to seriously use your paypal account.
