Please help me , my alertpay neither verified nore denied

    i have uploaded my national id and a utility bill to confirm my alertpay 2 weeks ago , but neither my account has been verified nore removed , what happens ?

    It's so annoying they require ID and also proof of address. I'd just call them and checkout why it's taking so long! It could still be processing....
