Sorry for the vague question. I uploaded the plugin to my site successfully. I am able to activate it on my site but it does nothing. My blog still shows the default theme.
That's expected. You need to read the "Usage" section of the plugin page. The plugin has been updated to version 1.1 as of about 1PM today, which includes an auto-embed option so that you don't have to add the template tags to your theme by hand. There's still one edit you need to make which is explained in the installation section.
