There must be some confusion. ex-factory price is applicable to tangible goods. Ex-factory price means the manufacturer is offering the product at the best price he can offer.

209,179$ mean in indian system it is 2,09,179 2 lakhs nine thousand and 179 dollars, i wonder is that site is that much valuable?.. Or he might added the price for two systems as 209 $ and 179$ . The best way to find what he thinks is, mail him again, telling him interested in buying his site.
