I have $150 in paypal about some $50 in alertpay account. I had thought of buying a CCC.com domain. I got one for $150 which is PR3 and NLL domain. Should I buy it ? Any profit for me ? If not, suggest me ways where I can use this money safely to gain something.
Yes its one of the way to spent your money. After you buy the domain,do some tweaking to raise the PR and then resale the domain at higher price.

I dont believe you can keep that page rank 3 after you bought it,the buy and selling page rank is no longer good in business ,Google certainly know this and will drop that out soon once they spot it
I think, it's better to buy 15 new domains at $5/each than only 1 PR3 at $150. PR will go quite soon, while 15 domains (if properly tweaked) can bring you money
Invest your money into a website, only if you have knowledge about web development,seo. Choose a good niche, make a plan, develop the website and then promote it with that 200$.

The domain is 11 years old also listed in yahoo directory, thats why its maintaining PR3 from long back. Its not only PR3 I think you all did not read its LNN.com domain Won't it fetch me back $150 atleast if I sell anytime ?

How about investing the money in developing a site in the domain you got? You can get a site plus some articles for this much money [$200].
dont worry. you made a good deal. google will spot it through the whois info change. But you can maintain its info and regularly work on it, it should gain more. Wait on it for some time. and i dont mean a month then sell it.
I would look at buying a digital camera. The one I have is only 5 megapixels and only takes video at 15 frames a second. As for websites, I use my camera to do my video blogging and taking pictures for my sites. When I write an article for my site, I'll take some pictures, or do a little video blog and post it on youtube. Its like my camera and my blog go hand in hand.
Build up a website with that kind of money, you could easily start affiliate marketing and make some profit using adwords as a investment.
