OP is from Pakistan, that explains it. You say you've tryied many time and they said no, for "you failed or some problme messages" your words.. Well, start by reading and understanding their denial message.. I don't want to see what you've put as your url when you tried, but I have some idea, unfortunately..
It is really easy to get approved by AdSense actually. :/ It involves a little work, but you can just write a blog about your daily life, fill it with content and after you have enough articles which are consistently written in terms of quality; apply for AdSense.

As a rule of thumb, you need 8,000 words of unique article content on your bog or website to really get approved. Getting approved is the easy part, making money with adsense is much more difficult.
