please help me...I want to close my paypal account..?

Hi friends,
I have bought a system called GDI and because of my insufficient balance it charged my bank account, but about a month i have canceled my bank account, but now I am trying to cancel my account and when i tried it ,gave me this message:
"This account cannot be closed until the funds transfer from your bank account is completed."
so i made a new bank account and confirmed it in paypal and make it primary and then also put a backup credit card , but still i don't see any solution,
paypal didn't even noticed it, i just should have to pay 10$ to solve this problem but when i check the transaction couldn't see any thing which help me to solve this problem....give him that money and then release for ever.

You should call Paypal customer service and talk to them about the issue you are facing.

 

Do you know the best solution? Forget about this acc) and open a new one if you need it.Let all problems to paypal administration.

Yes, they can put your account in collections and collections will come after the money and it might ruin your credit.
