first try to ban him for not doing any further click
second send email to google said you suspect click fraud
    third wait for their reply
forth come back to tell us the result in DP :D

Remove the ads from your site first, then contact Google about this ASAP.

are u sure it's coming from same ip? maybe u r just lucky today and u r just getting the clicks from different ip addresses?

or what you can do is:

    1) Notify Google as soon as possible and have them investigate. remember Google LOVES honest people

    2) dont ban anyone and let them click, if in case Google finds out they are legit clicks, then u get to keep 'em :) if not, then Google will advise you what to do :)

good idea. Does anyone know how to install adlogger? It tells me to inert a code before the body tag of each adsense page, however my adsense is on a php page.

Then place the code inside the PHP page to where the adsense code is located.

Well, i have installed adlogger and it seems that all the clicks are coming from unique ip's. Does this mean that I am pretty much safe? About 70 percent of the clicks are coming from China.

Depends, if they are continuous - could be someone using proxies.

Notify the adsense team anyways, at least you'll be doing something proactive, you don't want to get banned from invalid clicks!

i speak about the % not Dollar. You write you have too much clicks and think the are bad. So i ask if we speak about 10%, 30% or more.

I have sites that have a 50%+ CTR - they have all been valid clicks.

Does that mean I should worry? I think not!

that is not the case at all. I have always had a very very low ctr. this is the highest it has ever been. I normally get like 100K impressions with maybe 120 clicks. This ctr is high for me that is why I was and am concerned.
