Actually, Online begging was a real fad about five or six years ago, as I recall. At first it was this one college girl, soliciting donations to avoid getting a job while at school, then within a few months everyone was doing it.

Probably the bubble for this burst after some woman (don't recall the name) was taking donations for a boob job. That was only about 3 or so years ago (if memory serves). It then became unremarkable.

You still periodically hear of something similar when someone runs an eBay auction for "A box of Missouri air" or "My Eternal Soul".

Like PixelAds, they are everywhere, and nowhere at the same time.

 

No kidding! Hell, what's ly2' paypal - that response alone is worth $6 - but not someone who wastes more time begging here than it would take to scrounge elsewhere and faster.
