    Well the layout is very clean, and the blog has good, unique content, good job mate.
    Just promote your site and get a lot of traffic and it will be better.

    It is a very nice layout.

    Logo is small, mabye if it was bigger it would be better? and adding a slogan on the banner would be a good idea to... try to find a 6-word sentence to summarize the site?

    The front page is the default wordpress template, right? That one needs some custom tweaking to make it more relevant to your content.
