    Hi,

I am very new here. I am selling CL PVAs, and a buyer bought me PVAs and send me 150$ in paypal. My warranty period is 72 hours and he used those accounts more than one week. but now he lost some accounts. He asks me for the replacement. But i refuse to do that coz expired warranty period.

Now he raised a dispute on my paypal account that i am selling used electronic products and got advance payment of 150$ from him and the product not delivered yet. and no communication also. But he sent payment for services only. He asking me to replace 75% of PVAs i sold.

Is there any chance to solve this dispute in favour of me? Anyone please help me.

    Thanks..

I would contact PayPal directly, and explain the situation.
Let them advise you on the best way to retain your funds, using their payment processor.

Have a copy of all communications between you and the buyer available to give to PayPal if necessary.

    Thanks vndnbraj.

Already this was done to me one time by another buyer and that was 20$ only. At that time i called paypal many times and told doing data entry works and i have finished my buyer's job. But they never heard me and i lost 20$ at that time. Also i send the job commitment mails also to them. i don't know did they open it or not. I don't have any physical proof of my delivery.

It is always better to create an invoice for your work from Paypal and then add the details for each invoice line - commitment date and so on. This way you can send the invoice to the customer to pay. If there's a dispute, point it to Paypal and then you shud be safe

You should to contact PayPal support to explain what is really happen with your transaction. Sometimes, as a seller you will feel more aggrieved. Also, I agrre with cool_PTC opinion.. :)

yes buddy. It will. As long as you use Paypal's own services and tools, they will not be able to contradict it and you will 110% win your case. Just try to explain the situation to them through skype. Be confident. If you are shaky or vulnerable, they will speak to you smartly and close your issue (not in your favor though) right away. See the internet is a place, where it is difficult to decide who is right and who's not. It's just one's own responsibility to do the right kind of business and not scam anyone, lest he/she be scammed by someone else some day.

    Good luck.

This means you are receiving money by getting your customers to select 'good' instead of 'services', because if it is services then you stand a good chance of winning such disputes and also when you are providing services why in the world will you get 'goods' selected from your customers.
