Please help me figure out which cart/payment processor I need

    Ok so here is what I need:

    -Different Tax Options (exempt, not exempt)
    -UPS Shipping calculator

    Here are my options:
    -My Cpanel has the option of installing CubeCart, OS Commerce or Zen Cart.
    -I would be willing to use Paypal or Google Checkout as payment processors, but there are better options please let me know.

    If you have any questions, please ask, otherwise, please help me because I am somewhat clueless and completely desperate

    Also, the ability for promo codes and volume discounts would be nice, but not necessary

    I lean towards Magento (http://www.magentocommerce.com/) for just about any cart. Zen or Oscommerce should be able to do those functions as well, but in my opinion Magento is far superior to these.

    Are you doing the setup yourself, and if so, what sort of coding experience do you have?

    I have next to no coding experience. But I can follow directions well. I believe my cpanel just installs those scripts for me though, so I don't need to know too much, correct?
