Please help me do this !

    Well, here is what i want.. as my network security semester project

    1) make my simple computer a proxy server..

    2) build a proxy website

    3) the person enter the url whats my ip at my proxy website, it detects the ip of the proxy server and not the person who has entered the url

    kindly please point me to any straight forward tutorial or any book which could help me do this.. :eek: i shall be grateful

    Try souceforge.net's search function with "proxy server", "IP detection" as keywords for finding both scripts and former developers' websites introducing you to their concept.
