Hi, im new to all this. Have been fiddling about with codes and the lies for nearly 24 hours now, but seem to be hitting lots of walls. Im only 21, female, and useless with things like this, hoping some of you can help me out.

I have a code that i was given when i signed up for my site, (template) and have been changing things but by bit, learning what codes meant what colours, and what changing certain numbers did etc, but ive hit a wall now, where there are some pink blocks i dont like, and cant seem to get rid of.

It also looks very amateur and i didnt want this either.

I went online and downloaded the template for something i REALLY want on my site, but if i put it in, then it just comes up as a loade of codes and words when i press publish.

I have the codes for what works, and what doesnt here, and i was wondering if one of you super special very talented people could change the code for a site I want, into one that works :)

im not sure if i made sense, but I paid nearly £50 for this template and REALLY want it to work.

I have all the details of both codes here:

    Thanks for reading, Sammie x

Is the one that works, and :

is the one that WONT work, but I really want it to. I have other files, like images and fonts, which came with it. But I am totally clueless on this. PLEASE help!

    Sammie x

The first one is a complete web page but the second one is just a CSS stylesheet. There should be a HTML file that uses it.
A link to your site would be a great help, along with links to the templates you bought.

See its HTML, and This HTML is calling for Style.css to get its styles. in your site, curently, you have only HTML loaded. Kindly save and Upload the CSS to the site and it will be working fine. There are a lots of people like me, and professional than me to help you. :)

Ask us the things you wanna know. Be precise thats all.

    Thanks.

I really appreciate your help. And am thanking you kindly for trying to help, but I am being as precise as i can be, I know no different. I don't follow what you mean when you say save and upload the CSS to the site, i have tried all kinds of things, but am failing miserably. If I knew what I was doing, I wouldn't need to ask for your help.

If you coudl explain it as though I am a young child, I would be extremely greatful! Sammie

LOL, Am an Young Child Though... Am Just Running in 15 :D And HTML + CSS is nothing to be tough for 21 Galz :D

Grab the HTML template, Get the CSS File, Theme provider do provide both of it. And Then simply put together into the site and it will work.
