for 100 visitors a day you will not earn anything first try to improve your traffic then try to monetize your blog..
What do you think about Clicksor? I read a lot of good reviews comments about them. You should try to use Fidelity (fidelity-media.com) but they need good US, UK, CA, EU traffic and NO adult content.

100 daily visits really very low you have to try increase your visitors. I Would like to suggest you to join edomz.com. By putting CPV code in your website you can earn between $4-10 for every 1000 unique views and pays for almost every country, simply you need to put CPV code in your website and start earning. there support is really exceptional AND they pay daily with minimum 5$
Because you've got such a low number of daily impressions I would go with an ad network that has a low payout. Unfortunately Google doesn't payout until you've earned $100. A low one that I use is Ad Dynamo with a payout of $20 and through PayPal
with 100 daily visitor, even minimum $20 would be difficult for you to make, so I would suggest finding a network which has even lower minimum and faster payment
Hmmm... I'm not convinced about that. I think that because of Ad Dynamo's high CPC you would make $20 fairly quickly. Give it a shot for a couple of weeks
You might not be convinced thats because its not that simple and easy the way you thinking that could be because you do not have much experience in this, you have 100 visitor, out of 50% I can tell you will not even visit your website when they see a big infinity pop window, instead of your website content and that slows your blog too much and out of other 50, who knows for how many visitor ad Dynamo has ads, and usually a 2% conversion happens, so out of 50 if you get 2 clicks, than you will be earning an average 10c or less in a day, now you can figure out how easy it to earn $20 I am hoping once you start practically you might have more idea, if earning $20 from 100 visitor could be that easy, than people who has thousands of visitor, they would be earning hundreds daily, if not thousands, which I doubt is case.

AdSense is probably your best bet with minimal traffic - but do focus on building. Once you have a decent amount of search traffic, Chango SearchSpots is a good search-targeted PPC ad network that works in conjunction with AdSense & targets only your search traffic. You won't be accepted with 1000 visitors/day but it's good to keep in mind for down the road.
