Please help me choose my website layout.

I'm starting a gadget blog with the latest tech news and i have 4 designs ready but i don't know which one suits it more. Any suggestion and recommendation is welcome!

I think the blue (3rd one) looks more like a technology blog but they all look good lol

 

I would give my vote to the 3rd one.

My vote goes to the blue one too. Grunge background doesn't suit your gadget blog.
