    Paypal won't help.

Remove the links, if he won't pay, don't give him advertising!

Why would they help you ? Actually, $7400 for 2 text links is a little bit too much ( IMHO ) to believe the deal is legit.

You cannot get your money from this fraudulent buyer in any way.

Get his links removed and learn from this mistake. Ask buyers to pay first (At least partially) before adding links to sites. Have you already paid the webmaster 7400$? If yes, ask him to refund it after reducing a small amount, or you can find another buyer and ask webmaster to change the links to that of the new buyer.

i suggest remove the link, since you cannot force the buyer to pay - if he is not interested.

Give your client 24 hours deadline. If he doesn't respond within the deadline, remove the links.

    Huge yes, but not improbable.

If you break it down for a year it is probably $3k and $4k, which works out to $300/mo, which is quite reasonable for a PR 7-8 site.

@ Vallen McGill, not sure how you managed to be an agent for this site when you state you're completely new in this field, but there's honestly nothing you can do apart from removing the links and requesting your webmaster for a refund.

Sorry to said that paypal can never help in thus case
Try to use escrow for this kind of big deal
You can only ask the buyer pay now or remove the link immediately, that's all

$7,400/=??? I personally have a doubt about this amount. It's abnormal. Anyway, as lot of members have suggested, remove the links & do some wise business in future.

dont receive more than $1000 in paypal. For such larger amounts, always you bank wire transfer and you wont have to worry about chargebacks and disputes.
